Forum - Introductions!

I am very passionate about value investing! I have conducted in-depth research on the philosophy alongside Dr. George Athanassakos and I manage a private portfolio employing a strictly value-oriented methodology. I started this site as a place to share my thoughts on value investing as well as investment ideas that I am analyzing at any given moment. Over the past couple of weeks, due to the increased interest in this site, I've started to transform the site into a "Web 2.0″ community where value investors can interact with eachother and discuss certain articles of mine. As of now readers can also ask any questions and start any discussion of their liking in the forums. It's my hope that readers will continue to learn from me through my articles, and from eachother on a daily basis in the forums.

Besides value investing I enjoy motorcycles and photography. I currently ride a Suzuki GSXR-750 supersport just for fun and to let off some steam in the evenings. I HATE riding it in downtown traffic so I try to avoid that whenever possible. Lastly, I LOVE to surf, but I am one of the only land-locked surfers I know as my friends and family are all located here in Toronto so this is where I choose to stay for now. The highlight of my surfing experience was three weeks spent travelling to various surf spots in Hawaii, back in 2006.

I look forward to learning more about each of you if you choose to introduce yourself, but either way I am eager to see what everyone comes up with in the forums in general.
