JonathanGoldberg.com now has a discussion forum where all users can interact on topics of their choosing! Up until now discussion was limited to comments on articles that I have published. In addition to discussions on each article’s page, readers can now start their own topics in the various forum categories offered on the site. The forum can be reached through the “Forum” tab at the top of the site.
It’s now also possible for the site’s visitors to send messages directly to each other through the private message feature of the forum. As such, I encourage you to fill out your profiles upon registration as detailed as you would like so that other members can contact you regarding networking opportunities, etc.
Every new registrant to the forum starts off as an “Intern”. This badge then changes based on the number of posts that are contributed to the forums by that user. Eventually the status of “Full Member” is reached which demonstrates your commitment to the community here and to furthering discussion on value investing, and investing in general, amongst the users of the site.
Please visit the forum section to register for your own profile, then head on over to “The Trading Floor” in order to introduce yourself to everyone here. I look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with as I’m sure this new feature will greatly contribute to the learning and investing experience of all readers of the site.
